The scars of climate change, unchecked. A century from now, humanity looks back at the world it lost, not because of one catastrophic event, but through generations of neglect, inaction, and the belief that there would always be more time.

The film treats climate change as a memory rather than a warning. Civilization has already passed the point of consequence, leaving behind a planet transformed beyond recognition. What remains is a haunting retrospective of humanity’s final chapter and the realization that the end did not arrive suddenly. It accumulated quietly until there was nothing left to save. At its heart, the film is about consequence. The choices made today become the world someone else inherits tomorrow.

Voice

The voice comes from the future, looking back at humanity with distance, sadness, and disbelief. It avoids scientific explanation or traditional environmental messaging, speaking instead through memory and loss. The language is restrained and reflective, allowing the scale of what disappeared to carry the emotion.

Production Approach

The production process combined practical footage sourced from Artlist with AI-generated imagery brought to life through image-to-video workflows. CGI enhancement and manipulation helped unify the different sources into a cohesive, believable world. ElevenLabs was used to create the voiceover and music, extending the use of generative tools beyond the visuals and into the film’s soundscape. The result blends traditional footage, AI, CGI, and generative audio into a singular cinematic experience.
